- Frozen White Mushrooms - 2 lbs
- Onion - 1 head
- Salad Potatoes - 24.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Safflower Oil - to taste

Prepare the wild mushrooms.

Clean the mushrooms and remove any excess.

Peel and wash the potatoes.

Place the mushrooms in a deep pot and boil for 20 minutes.
