Ingredients
- Boiled White Round Rice - 31.7 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Ham - 1.8 oz
- Bacon - 1.8 oz
- Scallions - 1 piece
- Frozen green bean pods - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 1.8 oz
- Chives - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Also chop the mushrooms.
Step 3
Cut the bacon and ham into small pieces.
Step 4
Sauté everything together in a pan.
Step 5
When the onion becomes translucent, add the finely chopped green onion, cooked rice, and peas.
Step 6
Let it simmer on low heat.
Step 7
While the rice is cooking, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Melt a piece of butter and make a very thin omelet.
Step 9
Cut the omelet into small pieces and add it along with the shrimp to the fried rice.
Step 10
Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
