  • Ground Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Rice - 7.1 oz
  • Butter - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the rice. Melt a piece of butter with olive oil in a skillet. Finely chop the garlic.

Step 2

When the butter has melted, add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until the garlic turns golden, then add cinnamon and nutmeg.

Step 3

Add the boiled rice and mix thoroughly. Before serving, add some lemon juice.
