Ingredients
- Rice - 14.1 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 6 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 12.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 1.8 oz
- Canned Corn - 1.8 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until ready.
Step 2
Meat: cut into small pieces, about 1.5 cm, and fry in a pan until a crispy crust forms.
Step 3
Omelet: crack the eggs into the pan and cook until done.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice to the chicken (which is already in the pan) and fry together on high heat for 6 minutes. Then add the shrimp to the dish.
Step 5
After a few more minutes, add the omelet, peas, and corn to the pan, and mix everything.
Step 6
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs (onion, parsley), and garnish with the largest whole shrimp.
