- Onion - 1 piece
- Shrimp - 17.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Rice - 1 glass
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp and blanch them in boiling water. Finely chop the onion along with the herbs. Slice the pepper into thin strips.
Step 2
In a hot skillet with oil, add the onion and shrimp, and sauté lightly. Add the bell pepper and pour in the soy sauce, simmering for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 3
Pre-cook the rice, add it to the shrimp, and sauté for a little while.
Step 4
