Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 4 pieces
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 3.5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice until fluffy without adding salt. Clean the shrimp by pouring boiling water over them.
Step 2
Sauté the shrimp in olive oil over high heat for one minute, seasoning well with salt. Then add the rice and fry on medium heat for no more than 2-3 minutes. Cut the chili pepper in half and press it into the rice with shrimp (keep it for no more than a minute if using very hot pepper). After 2-3 minutes, remove the pepper; the rice should turn golden. You can add dried red pepper to taste.
Step 3
Next, cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters (to taste) and finely chop the parsley. Serve the rice with shrimp on a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and add the tomatoes. The dish can be served with a wedge of lemon and parsley leaves.
