- Rice - 5.3 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 14 pieces
- Tofu - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Mini corn - 8 pieces
- Snap Peas - 8 pieces
- Scallions - 4 pieces
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Pickles - 0.9 oz
- Miso Paste - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice in boiling water until soft. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
Heat a wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it starts to smoke, then add the vegetable oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes, then add the diced tofu and cook for 3 minutes until golden brown. Next, add the corn, peas, and green onions, and warm the vegetables over medium heat. Add the rice, season with salt, and pour in the soy sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the lightly beaten eggs into the wok and fry until cooked. Divide the mixture into 2 bowls. Heat the miso soup and serve separately, placing the pickles alongside.
