  • Salmon - 7.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Yogurt powder - ½ cup
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the tzatziki sauce: chop the cucumber coarsely, salt it, and let it sit for 20 minutes. Drain the resulting juice, mix with yogurt, finely chopped garlic, and season with pepper.

Step 2

Cut the fish fillet into four portion-sized pieces, make cuts in the middle without damaging the skin, and open them up to create butterfly shapes.

Step 3

Brush the fillet with vegetable oil and fry until cooked through.

Step 4

Place the fish on serving plates, drizzle with tzatziki sauce. Garnish the finished dish with dill and lemon slices.
