- Garlic - 1 clove
- Yogurt powder - ½ cup
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Prepare the tzatziki sauce: chop the cucumber coarsely, salt it, and let it sit for 20 minutes. Drain the resulting juice, mix with yogurt, finely chopped garlic, and season with pepper.

Cut the fish fillet into four portion-sized pieces, make cuts in the middle without damaging the skin, and open them up to create butterfly shapes.
