- Smoked haddock fillet - 2.5 oz
- Skate Fillet - 2.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 0.5 oz
- Celery stalk - 0.4 oz
- Tomatoes - 0.7 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 0.7 oz
- Tempura Flour - 1.1 oz
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Spices - to taste
- Rosemary - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the fillets (pike and salmon). Cut them into cubes approximately 5 by 5 cm. Then coat them in flour (preferably tempura flour) and fry in hot oil at 356°F.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables and sauté them in a pan. Add the fried fillets to the pan and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce. Voila! The dish is ready. Garnish with 2 lemon wedges and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
