Ingredients
- Scallops - 6 pieces
- Curry - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Clean the scallops, rinse them in cold water, and dry them thoroughly. Wrap in a dry cloth, place on a tray, and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Mix the salt and curry, sprinkle the mixture on a plate, and leave overnight (to allow the mixture to dry completely).
Step 3
Take a non-stick skillet and place it over medium heat. Pour in enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the skillet, and wait until it is very hot.
Step 4
Cut the scallops in half (lengthwise). Divide into two portions. Lightly sprinkle the first portion with the salt and curry mixture, and fry for 20 seconds on each side. Drain on paper towels. Fry the second portion of scallops in the same way and serve immediately with a mixture of boiled lentils and seasonings.
