Fried sea bass with garlic rice
Ingredients
- Yakiniku sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Scorpion fish fillet - 2 pieces
- Rice - 6.2 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mixed salad greens - to taste
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Carrot - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the fish in a bowl and pour 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over it. Mix well. Cook the rice in boiling water for 8 minutes until soft, then drain the water.
Step 2
Preheat the grill and lightly grease it with oil. Rub the fish with salt and grill, skin side down, for 2 minutes, then flip and grill for another 1 minute.
Step 3
Divide the rice onto 2 plates. Mix the salad greens with the grated carrot and place a small amount next to the rice. Combine the garlic oil with 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and drizzle over the rice and vegetables. Place the fish on top and drizzle with a little more teriyaki sauce.
