Description

The key with shrimp is not to overcook them. Just a couple of minutes in the skillet until their translucent bodies turn pink, and they’re ready. It's also important not to overdo it with spices, so you don’t mask the natural flavor of the shrimp. Parsley, a blend of Italian herbs, garlic, and a squeeze of lemon juice added at the very end are all you need to bring out the best in the shrimp. Another crucial point: fry the shrimp in butter, as this will make them more tender.

  • Garlic - 3 cloves
