  • Smoked Ham on the Bone - 3 lbs

Place the piece of ham in a large bowl of cold water overnight to remove excess salt.

Remove the ham and pat it dry.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 4

Lightly grease a baking tray with oil, place the ham on it, and cover with parchment paper.

Step 5

Cook for 2.5 hours.

Step 6

Remove the ham and let it rest for 10 minutes.
