Ingredients
- Squid - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Rosemary - 1 sprig
- Vegetable Oil - 5 teaspoons
- Spinach - 1.8 oz
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 5.3 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 2 sprigs
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Remove the cartilage from the squid and peel off the skin.
Step 3
Cut the squid into large pieces. If the squid is small, make a cut on one side, open it up, and make crosshatch cuts on the inside with a knife. Then, cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into 4–6 wedges.
Step 5
Remove the rosemary leaves and chop them.
Step 6
Taste the capers: if they are too salty, rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Finely chop the garlic.
Step 8
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add the squid, and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring once.
Step 9
Add the tomatoes, garlic, and rosemary, and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 10
Add the spinach, capers, olives, and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper, stir, and after 30 seconds, remove the pan from the heat.
Step 11
Immediately plate and serve with a wedge of lemon.
