Description

- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the potatoes and boil them whole in salted water until they are half-cooked, which will take about 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes.

Drain the water and let the potatoes cool. Then, cut them into medium cubes.

In a large skillet, heat 80 ml of olive oil.

Add coriander, cumin, and cayenne pepper, and gently heat to release the aromas of the spices.

Then add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and mix well to ensure the fragrant oil coats all the potatoes.

Fry until golden brown.
