Ingredients
- Tofu - 10.6 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 7.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sesame Oil - 3 spoons
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 4 spoons
- Sesame bun - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tofu into cubes approximately 2x2 cm and drizzle with soy sauce. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the tofu to absorb the sauce.
Step 2
Slice the bell pepper into strips and boil the green beans for 2–3 minutes until they are slightly crisp.
Step 3
Finely chop the ginger and garlic, sauté them in sesame oil until golden brown, then remove and discard.
Step 4
In the skillet where the ginger and garlic were sautéed, add the tofu and fry until golden brown. Transfer the tofu to a bowl. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and beans, and sauté for 2 minutes. If necessary, add a little more oil and drizzle with soy sauce.
Step 5
Combine the beans with the peppers and tofu, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
