Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce - to taste
- Bacon - 3 pieces
- Pitted olives - 2.8 oz
- Goat cheese - 2.5 oz
- Spanish onions - 2.6 oz
- Walnuts - 1.2 oz
- Champagne Vinegar - 2 spoons
- Honey - 4 spoons
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Fry small pieces of bacon until crispy over medium heat, then transfer to a plate.
Step 2
In a skillet, add olive oil, three teaspoons of honey, chopped dates, and thinly sliced onions. Stir in vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Tear the frisée lettuce by hand, mix it with bacon, dates, and onion, divide it onto plates, sprinkle with goat cheese and nuts, and drizzle with the remaining honey.
