  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Cherry Tomatoes - 8.8 oz
  • Chicken Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Egg whites - 3 pieces
  • Low-Fat Cottage Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • 10% Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Place the tomatoes in the dish and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 170°C.

Step 3

Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, sour cream, herbs, and garlic. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and spread it evenly.

Step 4

Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Carefully remove from the dish. Cut into wedges and serve with herbs.
