- Egg whites - 3 pieces
- Low-Fat Cottage Cheese - 7.1 oz
- 10% Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil.

Place the tomatoes in the dish and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 170°C.
Step 3
Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, sour cream, herbs, and garlic. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and spread it evenly.
