Ingredients
- Chickpea Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Cherry Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Mushrooms - 1.8 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Lemon - ¼ piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion and mushrooms in a pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, chopped into small pieces, and cook over medium heat until the liquid from the tomatoes evaporates.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix the flour, salt, a bit of lemon juice, and water. Stir well to make a homogeneous mixture, and pour it over the mushrooms and tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients and cook the frittata in the pan covered for 5–10 minutes on low heat. Serve immediately when ready.
