Ingredients
- Chickpea Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Cherry Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Mushrooms - 1.8 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Lemon - ¼ piece
- Salt - to taste
- Grape Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a skillet, sauté the onion and mushrooms with a small amount of oil for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer over medium heat until all the liquid from the tomatoes has evaporated.
Step 3
Mix the flour, salt, a little lemon juice, and water, and stir well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients and cook the frittata in the skillet covered on low heat for 5–10 minutes.
Step 5
Serve immediately once ready.
