Description
After the signal, our frozen vegetable side dish in the multicooker is ready. The vegetables cooked this way are tasty on their own, although, if desired, they can be dressed with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Frozen Vegetable Mix 'Lecho' - 14.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Turn on the multicooker to the 'Baking' mode for 30 minutes, add the butter, and let it heat for about 6–8 minutes. Once the butter melts and heats up, add the frozen vegetables, close the lid, and cook for about 10 minutes (i.e., wait for the vegetables to thaw).
Step 2
After 10 minutes, open the lid, add salt, pepper, sprinkle the vegetables with spices, and stir. Close the lid and cook for another 10–15 minutes (until the desired tenderness; if cooked for 15 minutes, the vegetables will not be crunchy but will not turn mushy either, making them easy for small children to chew).
