Step 1
Peel the pears, cut them into 8 pieces, and remove the core. Use a sharp knife to remove the thick peel from the grapefruits, then separate the flesh from the membranes. Cut the green pepper into 4 pieces, remove the core, rinse, and slice into thin strips.
Step 2
Pour vinegar and vegetable oil into a salad bowl, add a pinch of salt, pepper, the chopped fruits, and mix everything thoroughly. Slice the hazelnuts into rounds and sprinkle them over the salad. Arrange lettuce leaves around the edges of the dish and sprinkle everything with chopped parsley.
