- Thin Crepes - 6 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 2.5 oz
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Kiwi - 7.1 oz
- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
- Apple - 5.3 oz
- Pears - 5.3 oz
- Honey - 2.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 0.2 oz
- Fresh Mint - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, honey, and vanilla paste.
Step 3
Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the pancakes and roll them up. Place the rolls in the refrigerator for a while to allow the cream to set.

Slice the strawberries.

Peel the kiwi and cut it into random pieces.

Peel the apples and pears, remove the cores, and cut them into cubes measuring 1.5 to 2 cm on each side.
