Ingredients
- Young Spinach - 3.5 oz
- Strawberries - 5.3 oz
- Green Mango - ½ piece
- Greek Yogurt - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Mint - 1 sprig
- Pine nuts - 1.1 oz
- Red Bananas - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the spinach, dry it with kitchen towels, remove the stems and tough veins (if the spinach is not young) and chop it into small pieces.
Step 2
Wash the strawberries, remove the green tops, cut each berry in half and slice them. The strawberries should be ripe and sweet.
Step 3
Peel the mango from the tough skin, cut the flesh into small strips down to the pit, and then dice it. It is very important that the mango is ripe!
Step 4
Peel the red bananas (you can substitute with 5 mini bananas) and slice them into rings.
Step 5
Wash the mint, separate the leaves, and chop them finely.
Step 6
Combine the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, drizzle with yogurt, add the pine nuts, mix thoroughly, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
