Ingredients

  • Spaghetti - 7.1 oz
  • Tiger shrimp in brine - 6 pieces
  • Mussels - 6 pieces
  • Scallops - 2.8 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 2.1 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Anchovies - 0.2 oz
  • Capers - 0.4 oz
  • Thyme - 0.1 oz
  • Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice - 2.1 oz
  • Parsley - 0.2 oz
  • Basil - 0.2 oz
  • Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add the spaghetti to boiling salted water, cook for 7 minutes, and drain; rinse the mussels.

Step 2

Cut the tiger shrimp lengthwise, dice the scallops into 1.5x1.5 cm cubes, quarter the cherry tomatoes, slice 3 thin rings of chili pepper, and finely chop the parsley and basil.

Step 3

Gently heat the olive oil, add the finely chopped anchovies and garlic, and sauté for 1 minute over medium heat.

Step 4

Increase the heat, add the mussels, sauté for 30 seconds, pour in 50 ml of dry white wine, and let the alcohol evaporate.

Step 5

Add the tomatoes in their own juice, shrimp, scallops, capers, cherry tomatoes, chili pepper, parsley, and basil, and sauté while stirring for 30 seconds.

Step 6

Add the spaghetti to the sauce and simmer over medium heat for 1–2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Step 7

Twist the spaghetti into a spiral using a fork, place it in a deep plate, garnish with a sprig of thyme, and serve.
