- Funchosa - 17.6 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Veal - 7.1 oz
- Leek - 1 piece
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ginger - 1.1 oz
- Ground ancho chili pepper - 1 piece
- Cilantro - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Basil - 0.7 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
- Pilaf Spices - to taste
- Peanut Sprouts - 10.6 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Black Bean Paste - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the oyster mushrooms. Peel and slice the onion into rings.
Step 2
Boil the noodles, drain, and rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Cut the meat into small pieces. Heat a pan with vegetable oil, fry the meat together with the onion. Slice the mushrooms. Fry them in another pan with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Wash and slice the leek, add it to the meat. Then add the sprouts and the prepared pilaf seasoning. Season with salt, pepper, add sugar and soybean paste. Mix everything well.
Step 5
Peel and roughly chop the ginger. Add it to the meat, mix, hold on the heat for a bit, then remove. Chop the garlic, green onion, cilantro, dill, basil, and pepper. Add to the meat along with the mushrooms.
Step 6
In a large pan, place the noodles and mix with the meat. Mix everything well while keeping the pan on low heat. Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The dish is ready.
