Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 7.1 oz
- Meat - 5.6 oz
- Carrot - 1.1 oz
- White Cabbage - 1.8 oz
- Radish - 3.5 oz
- Garlic Scapes - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 0.5 oz
- Onion - 1.1 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1.4 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.7 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the starch noodles in boiling water and drain them in a colander.
Step 2
In vegetable oil, sauté finely chopped vegetables — onion, carrot, radish, cabbage, and bell pepper (seasonal).
Step 3
Slice the meat into thin strips, sauté in vegetable oil, add spices (garlic, red and black ground pepper, soy sauce, and green garlic chives), and simmer briefly.
Step 4
Place the noodles in a salad bowl, then add the sautéed vegetables and meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Serve warm or cold.
