Fusilli with Bolognese Sauce
Ingredients
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 3 fl oz
- Water - 1 qt
- Pasta shells - 8.8 oz
- Baking Tomatoes - 8.8 oz
- Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
- Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
- Basil - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Lean Beef - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Add the ground beef and sauté over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
In a pot, combine water and broth. Bring to a high heat.
Step 4
Stir the beef and reduce the heat.
Step 5
Bring the broth to a boil and add salt. Lower the heat.
Step 6
Add the pasta to the broth and cook until al dente.
Step 7
Add peeled tomatoes to the beef.
Step 8
Add chili sauce. Stir.
Step 9
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 10
Add cherry tomatoes to the sauce. Simmer, stirring, for about 5–7 minutes.

Season the sauce with salt.
Step 12
Drain the water from the cooked pasta.
Step 13
Add the sauce. Stir.
Step 14
Serve on a plate, add basil, and enjoy.
