- Fusilli pasta - 8.8 oz
- Red Onion - 2 pieces
- Tomato Paste - 3 tablespoons
- Dark Raisins - to taste
- Red Wine Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pine nuts - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente (follow the instructions on the package).

While the pasta is cooking, slice the onion into thin half-rings. In a separate pan, sauté the onion, raisins, and pine nuts in heated oil for 1 minute.
