- Pork fat - 3.5 oz
- Dry White Wine - 7 fl oz
- Sorrel - 7.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Red Grape Juice - 17.6 oz
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Grated Ginger Root - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground clove - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef and chicken into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2
Blend the grapes and spices in a blender.
Step 3
Cut the fat into small pieces.
Step 4
Chop the sorrel.
Step 5
Sauté the meat ingredients and fat over medium heat for about an hour.
Step 6
Add the wine, sorrel, grape and spice sauce, season with salt to taste, and bring to a boil!
