Ingredients
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. All ingredients should be at the same (room) temperature.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and blend it with the yolks, lemon juice, and salt.
Step 3
With the motor running, slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream.
Step 4
Whip the sauce until it thickens.
Step 5
Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill.
Step 6
