Description
This jelly is great for glazing poultry while roasting, adding to meat marinades, or serving with crackers and cream cheese.
Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Vinegar essence - 16 fl oz
- Sugar - 0 oz
- Yellow pectin - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic heads to get about 120 ml.
Step 2
Transfer the garlic cloves to a blender, add 120 ml of vinegar, and blend until it forms a paste.
Step 3
In a saucepan, combine the garlic paste, the remaining vinegar, and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring, over high heat.
Step 4
Then quickly pour in the pectin and cook, stirring, for another minute. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Quickly pour into sterilized jars, leaving a little space at the top, and seal tightly. Cool.
