Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 4 lbs
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the roast, it is better to use pork (shoulder). Rinse the meat well and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2
Make deep cuts with a knife on both sides.
Step 3
Separate the garlic into cloves and peel them.
Step 4
First, salt the pork.
Step 5
Then generously sprinkle the meat with pepper and spices and rub it well.
Step 6
Insert the garlic into the cuts. Place the roast in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.
Step 7
Put the pork in a roasting bag and tie it tightly on both ends. Do not make cuts in the bag. Place it in an oven preheated to 392°F for 2 hours.
Step 8
20 minutes before the end, take it out of the oven, open the bag, and put the meat back in to form a golden crust.
Step 9
Slice the finished roast into serving pieces.
Step 10
Arrange on a plate and serve.
