- Beef Tri-Tip - 8.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Pink Himalayan Salt - a pinch

Let the steak sit at room temperature.

Crush the garlic clove with a knife.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet.

Add the garlic.
