- Yakiniku sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Wash the garlic scapes and cut them into 4 cm lengths.
Step 2
Place the cut scapes in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Drain in a colander.
Step 4
Dry on a towel.
Step 5
Heat the oil in a pan.
Step 6
Transfer the scapes to the pan.
Step 7
Add salt.

Crush the pepper in a grinder for more aroma.

Add the teriyaki sauce.

Stir and fry for 5–7 minutes.
