Ingredients

  • Pork Mince - 10.6 oz
  • Veal Mince - 10.6 oz
  • Parsley - 5.3 oz
  • Pork Mince - 10.6 oz
  • Cilantro - 5.3 oz
  • Cinnamon - 0.7 oz
  • Coriander essential oil - 0.7 oz
  • Paprika - 1.1 oz
  • Turmeric - 0.7 oz
  • Plums - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 7.1 oz
  • Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Rice - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the minced meats in deep bowls: combine pork and beef separately, then combine pork, lamb, and beef together, adding chopped onion. The amount of onion should be about one third of the total meat weight. Add chopped fresh herbs: cilantro to the lamb mince, dill and parsley to the beef mince. Add paprika to the lamb mince and crushed coriander seeds to the lamb mince as well. Then add black pepper, salt, and cinnamon to both mixtures.

Step 2

Chop the plums and add them to the lamb mince. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

In a pot, heat the vegetable oil and add the rice. First, lightly fry it, then add water and cook on low heat.

Step 4

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil. Form small meatballs by hand and place them in the hot oil in a circle. Fry on three sides, turning with a wooden spatula. Then add the rich sour cream and mix the meatballs well to coat them in the sauce.

Step 5

Serve the cooked rice in a mound on a serving dish. Top with the finished meatballs.
