- Poultry - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 heads
- 20% Sour Cream - 0.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 0.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop 2 heads of onion into cubes and sauté in butter. After sautéing, add 1 tablespoon of flour to thicken. Stir and add 2 large packs of sour cream. Cover with a lid and simmer until half-cooked.
Step 2
Meanwhile, fry the chicken. Either half a chicken or 4 breasts. Add salt. Then add to the sour cream mixture. Add your favorite spices. Toss in the chopped garlic at the end. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 5–10 minutes.
