Description
Adjika can be stored in the refrigerator for 3–4 days.
Ingredients
- Cayenne Pepper - 0.8 oz
- Garlic - 0.6 oz
- Cilantro - 0.9 oz
- Dill - 0.9 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the pepper into small pieces, do not remove the seeds.
Step 2
Chop the cilantro.
Step 3
Place the herbs in a deep bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Add salt and mix.
Step 5
Add dried basil and cayenne pepper.
Step 6
Chop the garlic into small pieces.
Step 7
Add it to the bowl.
Step 8
Finely chop the dill.
Step 9
Mix the ingredients.
Step 10
Blend with an immersion blender on low speed.
Step 11
Transfer to a glass container.
