Ingredients
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Poultry - 28.2 oz
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Sweet Pepper - ½ pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Fry over medium heat for 20 minutes, then add the onion and continue frying over medium heat for another 10 minutes. Season with salt.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely, then add to the chicken. Chop the bell pepper and garlic. Fry for another 20 minutes. Towards the end, add coarsely chopped cilantro and parsley, chili pepper, and spices to taste.
