Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces

- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Walnuts - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Slice the cucumbers.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes or wedges.
Step 4
Slice the white onion into half-rings.
Step 5
Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl.

Peel 2 cloves of garlic.

Rinse the cilantro under running water and place it in a blender. Add walnuts and garlic.
