  • Onion - 1.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
  • Sour Cream - 2.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cucumbers - 2.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Season the pork loin with salt, sprinkle with ground pepper, and fry on both sides until a golden crust forms.

Step 2

In the remaining fat, sauté the sliced and blanched onion, add separately sautéed flour, sour cream, and dilute with fresh milk. Cook everything.

Step 3

Then, place the fried pork loin into the resulting sauce and braise it in the oven.

Step 4

Place the finished meat on a plate and pour over the strained sauce. Serve with boiled noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes, a cucumber salad or green salad, and sauce.
