Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the pork loin with salt, sprinkle with ground pepper, and fry on both sides until a golden crust forms.

In the remaining fat, sauté the sliced and blanched onion, add separately sautéed flour, sour cream, and dilute with fresh milk. Cook everything.
Step 3
Then, place the fried pork loin into the resulting sauce and braise it in the oven.
