- Pickles - 5 pieces

Boil the potatoes in their skins, adding a bay leaf to the water, cool them down, peel, and cut into cubes (or as desired). Finely chop the pickles and add them to the potatoes.

Slice the onion into half-rings, add salt, rub it a bit with your hands, pour in the pickle brine (4–5 tablespoons), add oil, season with pepper, and let it marinate for half an hour.
Step 3
