Ingredients
- Potato - 10.6 oz
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 2.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2.8 oz
- Creamy Horseradish - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Dill - 3 sprigs
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
- Scallions - 4 stalks
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes with a brush and boil them in their skins until cooked through. Allow to cool and then peel.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a dry skillet until golden brown.
Step 3
Finely chop all the herbs together with the garlic.
Step 4
Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add the creamy horseradish and all the herbs, and stir well.
Step 5
