Description
The sharp taste of ginger is always a welcome addition to refreshing summer mixes. Of course, you can skip the fresh root and simply mix your cocktail with ginger tonic, but such a magical blend as mojito deserves a more personalized approach. Plus, in hot ginger infusion, sugar dissolves in just a couple of seconds — and suddenly you have a lively ginger syrup of your own making. It’s quite possible that children may find the ginger version a bit too spicy for their taste. Just explain to them that mojito is an adult beverage. For those of legal drinking age, it’s worth noting that the ginger version pairs very well with alcohol, not just with the classic rum used in mojitos, but also with tequila.
