Ingredients
- Cornish Hen - 2 lbs
- Chicken bones - 4 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 17.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Sweet Red Onion - 1 head
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Uchiko Suneli - 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the salt into a baking dish.
Step 2
Place the whole chicken and legs on top.
Step 3
Brush with olive oil.
Step 4
Season with ginger.
Step 5
Then sprinkle with ground chili.
Step 6
Add curry powder or Indian curry seasoning.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 8
After 25 minutes, turn the chicken over.

Add Utsho-Suneli.

Arrange the onion, cut into several pieces, next to the chicken, brushed with mayonnaise (about 1 teaspoon on each piece). Return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
