  • Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 17.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Sweet Red Onion - 1 head
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
  • Uchiko Suneli - 1 teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
