This is a great light dressing for green salads, for example for <a href=http://eda.ru/recipe/13813/>Green Salad with Mango</a>

Ingredients

  • Boiling water - 1 cup
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 1.8 oz
  • Chopped Green Onions - 1 tablespoon
  • Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Transfer the raisins to a bowl, pour boiling water over them, and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain and transfer to a blender.

Step 2

Add olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, ginger, chopped jalapeño (removing seeds beforehand), and a little salt to the raisins. Blend until smooth.
