Ingredients
- Boiling water - 1 cup
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 1.8 oz
- Chopped Green Onions - 1 tablespoon
- Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Transfer the raisins to a bowl, pour boiling water over them, and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain and transfer to a blender.
Step 2
Add olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, ginger, chopped jalapeño (removing seeds beforehand), and a little salt to the raisins. Blend until smooth.
