Glass Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 17.6 oz
  • Rice Noodles - 5.3 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 1.1 oz

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

Slice the large carrot into thin strips.

Also slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

Fry the pieces of chicken breast in vegetable oil.

Add the sliced carrot.

Add the bell pepper. Mix everything and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Pour boiling water over the glass noodles and let them sit for 5 minutes.
