Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 3.5 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 0.5 oz
- Broccoli - 0.5 oz
- Baby Corn - 0.4 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.1 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Lime Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Oyster Mushrooms - 1 tablespoon
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Roasted Peanuts - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the noodles in warm water (about five minutes is enough).
Step 2
Add all the vegetables, add some water, and simmer for a bit.
Step 3
Drain the water.
Step 4
Heat the pan, add oil, and crack in the egg; fry it and stir to scramble.
Step 5
Add the vegetables and noodles, season with oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce, a bit of lime juice, mix thoroughly, and serve.
Step 6
Sprinkle with ground cashews and serve with a slice of lime and soy sauce.
