Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 1.2 oz
- Shrimp - 5.3 oz
- Courgette - 5.3 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1.8 oz
- Champignons - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Olive Oil - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini and peppers into strips, and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in olive oil.
Step 3
Boil the shrimp and add them to the vegetables.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce and press the garlic through a garlic press. Simmer for 6–7 minutes.
Step 5
Soak the dry glass noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes, then rinse with cold water and add to the vegetables and shrimp. Mix well.
Step 6
Sauté for 2 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh herbs.
