Description
You can use not only shrimp but also a seafood mix.
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 10.6 oz
- Rice Noodles - 7.1 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the shrimp in a skillet, set over low heat, and leave for 3–4 minutes.
Step 2
Place the glass noodles in a suitable deep bowl, pour boiling water over them, and let them sit for 2–3 minutes. Then, drain them in a colander, but do not leave them for too long to prevent sticking. (If you're worried about timing, you can add a little olive oil to the colander and toss the noodles to keep them from clumping.)
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the cream with the flour (you can lightly toast the flour beforehand), add garlic, salt, and pepper to taste, and stir well to avoid any lumps.
Step 4
After 3–4 minutes, add the cream mixture to the shrimp and simmer, stirring, until the sauce thickens slightly. Then, add the finely chopped dill.
Step 5
Add the glass noodles to the pan, gently stir, and cover with a lid. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes until the noodles are cooked.
Step 6
Garnish with dill and serve with soy sauce.
